La Véritable Eau de Cologne by Rosine: launched in 1922




The standard glass bottles came in five sizes: 2, 4, 8, 16, and 32 ounces. Each bottle was hand painted by the young women employed at Poiret's Atelier Martine.

"The Real Eau de Cologne. The most expensive, because its the best:"
  • Liter - $85.50
  • 1/2 liter - $47.50
  • 1/4 liter - $36.50


Drug and Cosmetic Industry, Volume 40, 1937:
"ROSINE - Eau de Cologne de Rosine, distributed in the United States by Maurice Levy, is obtainable in five sizes, 2, 4, 8, 16 and 32 ounce bottles. "

Discontinued, date unknown. Still being sold in 1937.
